The purity of AFC-TAB-071 was greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

Western blot analysis of AFC-TAB-071 was performed and fucose was detected by AOL-Biotin and SA-HRP. The result was negative, which indicates that there is no fucose produced.
